The stuff people actually ask before signing up.
Is the 14-day trial really free?+
Yes. You give Stripe a card so the subscription can start automatically on day 15, but you can cancel anytime before then (Settings → Plan) and you won't be charged. We don't send a 'last chance' email — your account just drops back to Free.
What counts as a 'send'?+
Every outbound email to a prospect counts as one send, whether it's a manual one-off or a step in a sequence. Replies to inbound emails don't count.
Will you ever do mass form-spam or LinkedIn scraping?+
No. Read the AGENTS.md in the repo — those features are explicitly off-limits. Outreach exists because the alternative tools cross lines we won't.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — Settings → Plan → Cancel. No retention emails, no dark patterns. You keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer annual or Team plans?+
Not yet. They're on the roadmap once there's enough demand. Email hello@outreach.io if you want either right now.
